I just finished a quick and sweaty at-home workout and figured it was worth sharing with you guys, since I know a bunch of you out there are always on the lookout for fast-paced workouts you can do in your living room. (Especially if you’re currently snowed in . . . I hope you are all staying safe and warm!)
Here is a quick peek at today’s workout:
All you need is a set of dumbbells and a stopwatch or timer of some sort. (You could also omit the bicep curls and side shoulder raises and do everything without dumbbells if you wish ¡ª?or substitute push-ups and arm circles!) Not too shabby, right!?
I paired strength exercises with bursts of cardio for a total-body workout that got my heart rate up and made me sweat. Breakfast was a welcomed treat when I was done!
