| Savasana Sweater
Ever since the weather cooled off in San Francisco| I have been living in my Spiritual Gangster goods u2014 especially this Savasana sweater ($72). It’s the perfect layer to throw on before things heat up in class| cool down in Corpse Pose| or while I’m running errands after class. One of my healthy resolutions for 2015 is to get back into my yoga practice| so hopefully this sweet sweatshirt from this yoga-inspired brand will remind (and entice) me to stick with my goal.

| Salomon Spikecross Sneakers
Take that| Winter! If you think it’s too snowy or icy to run outside| you need a pair of these Salomon Spikecross 3 CS ($170) Winter running sneaks u2014 even the name is badass! Talk about major grip; the soles of these shoes are embedded with metal spikes| so you feel as confident running on wet| slippery ice as you would on pavement on a warm Summer day. The shoe is made of breathable| quick-drying material that keeps your feet warm and dry. And forget having to tie traditional laces u2014 these babies are equipped with “”Quicklace|”” so you just pull and they tighten in one second. | Polar Water Bottle
Ask anyone that knows me| and they will tell you that I am a full-fledged SoulCycle addict. If you haven’t been to a class| they get really hot| you get really sweaty| and water is a must. Because of the amount of water I need during a 60-minute Soul Survivor class| none of my standard 12- or 16-ounce reusable bottles held enough to keep me hydrated.
After going on the hunt for a new bottle| I found exactly what I needed in the BPA-free| 24-ounce Polar Bottle ($12). Built with cyclists in mind| I don’t need to mess with any fussy caps when I need a drink during class. Best of all| it’s insulated| which means that my water stays ice-cold even after it’s been sitting in there for a few hours.

| BluePrint Cleanse Coffee Cashew
Try as I might to sit down to a healthy and hearty prework breakfast| I am decidedly all about the grab-and-go. BluePrint’s newest offering| Coffee Cashew ($12)| is just the kind of breakfast I need. The 300-calorie drink has 130 milligrams of caffeine and seven grams of protein| so it keeps me full and awake all throughout the morning. And since I don’t eat that much dairy| I especially love that it’s a creamy| lactose-free way to start the day.

| American Giant Sweatpants
Fleecy with just the right amount of heft| these American Giant sweatpants ($69) have been my go-to as the temperatures have continued to drop. They are great for throwing over shorts on my way to the gym| but they also keep me cozy while I’m hanging out at home.
| Paleo Takes 5 or Fewer
Last year| I took on a Paleo project that changed the way I eat forever. I’ve reincorporated carbohydrates and legumes into my regular diet| but when I cook for myself at home| I love to keep things clean| quick| and yes| primal. That’s where Paleo Takes 5 or Fewer: Healthy Eating Was Never Easier With These Delicious 3| 4 and 5 Ingredient Recipes ($22) has come in handy.
If the gingered balsamic chicken legs or green curry butternut squash skillet is any indication of the rest of the recipes in this collection| do yourself a favor (Paleo or not) and add this one to your cookbook canon ASAP.
| Manduka Be Series Tote
For all those superhot and sweaty yoga classes you’re taking to warm up this Winter| you’ll need a basic bag like this Manduka Be Series Tote ($88). You can easily throw in your mat| a change of dry clothes| and water bottle| and I love the inside zippered compartment to keep my wallet| phone| and keys secure. It comes in the color shown as well as black and a pale pink.
