A cross between oatmeal cookies and brownies, these chocolaty bars are so insanely delicious that you won’t even guess there’s protein powder added to the batter. It gives these vegan brownies over five grams of protein, and since they’re also made with flaxmeal, oats, and applesauce, you get a little fiber bonus, too.
