Luckily, for buyers in the UK, there’s an alternative venue to see some of the most innovative brands in an elegant and relaxed setting — the Lingerie Edit.

The show runs from July 14 – 15, 2016 at the Savoy Hotel in London with 36 brands offering intimate apparel, swimwear, loungewear, hosiery and accessories. For several years now, the Lingerie Edit (TLE) has become a must-see destination for buyers thanks to the show’s focus on creating an experience.

“The Lingerie Edit is a good place to get to know people in the industry, not just buyers but people in social media who can help give your brand exposure.” – Shelly Broomes.

“The Lingerie Edit feels more intimate than the big shows such as Paris and therefore allows for us to develop closer relationships with certain brands and have the time to discuss developing partnerships and collaborations.” said Lucy Litwack, Managing Director of Coco de Mer.

Pure Chemistry’s managing director, Dimple Rani Lal, adds, “It is well organized by David Finlayson & Tamar Kendell, everyone is really friendly and helpful. Since its a smaller show, we gain more interest and have more time to spend with buyers. We’re able to show the ranges in greater detail and arrange further meetings.”

At next month’s show, visiting buyers and press can expect to see the following brands in the following categories:

“The Lingerie Edit is a good place to get to know people in the industry, not just buyers but people in social media who can help give your brand exposure. It’s a great time for social networking and getting to know who sells what in the market,” says The Lingerie Journal’s own Shelly Broomes. “If you are starting off as a designer and entrepreneur this atmosphere could be just right for you. It’s less intimidating than other exhibitions I have been to because of it’s contained size and intimate atmosphere.”
